A culinary wine with a modern twist… to savor life and enjoy slowly, and if possible, in good company. A wine we craft every year with all the love in the world in honor of our father, and one that will touch your heart with every sip.

Aging:

8 months in new oak barrels (60% French and 40% American). The rest in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:

Intense violet colour. Aromas of blackberry and orange peel. Good density on the palate. Bright, velvety tannins. Very subtle wood, with great concentration for ageing.
