Vintage: 2024. Vintage classified as very good.

Varietal: 100% Viura from our María Antoñana estate, a more clayey vineyard than normal with a very low production that provides top quality grapes. From the approximately 2 hectares we have, we select the best part to produce only 4,000 bottles of this great wine.

Elaboration: Maceration on skins for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in 100% new French oak barrels. It is then aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Tasting notes: It is characterised by its bright lemon yellow colour. On the nose it has notes of citrus fruits and pineapple and a slight hint of honey. In the mouth it is dry and intense and has very original floral notes, with an elegant and fresh passage in the mouth. Be sure to try it, we recommend that you drink it at 9º degrees.

Pairing: Salads with fruit and yoghurt sauces, and oily fish.
